Peter  shows a new vision of this neighborhood, which has always  been home to a variety of ethnic groups,  the struggle for civil rights, Jazz music and Gospel. Crime has disappeared from the streets, buildings have been reshaped and it became a place for commerce, Art galleries and restaurants.
