CLEAN FEED RECORDS WITH 4SEE PICTURES




Portuguese independent jazz label Clean Feed released this month three new records with pictures by photographer Luis Filipe Catarino.

Bass player and composer Adam Lane and his Full Throttle Orchestra new CD
New Magical Kingdom counts with photos that Luis shot during Coimbra´s Jazz Festival while Lane did a workshop and directed JACC Festival's Orchestra.

The Will Holshouser Trio latest
Singing to a Bee also features a picture from Catarino. Their new CD was live recorded at Algarve's capital city Faro, in a performance that this accordeon, trumpet and violin trio did in beautiful Lethes Theatre. The album cover reproduces the venue ceiling with bee artwork from graphic designer Rui Garrido.

Finnaly, promising multi-cultural-multi-national Imi Kollektief has a group portrait inside their debut album
Snug as a Gun. The quintet members come from countries like Brazil, France, Belgium and Portugal, and their natural adaptability and passion are the driving force on a quest to seek sounds beyond norms and tradtions.
